  1. Pausing some eBay listings

One of my suppliers is going to stop shipping for a couple of weeks, but the others will still be working as usual. I sell products from all of them through the same eBay account, so I don't want to shut down the entire store just because one supplier is unavailable. Is there a way to temporarily pause only the affected listings without losing their sales history or having to create them again later?

Two weeks is long enough for a few accidental sales to turn into cancellations, so I'd sort those listings out before the supplier actually stops shipping. There's no reason to end them completely when you already know they'll be coming back. Turn on the out-of-stock option and set the affected listings to zero quantity for the break. They'll stay in your account and you can restore the quantity when the supplier returns, so you won't have to build the listings again from scratch.

I'd be careful with eBay's own vacation setting here, because it isn't really designed around one supplier disappearing while the rest keep working. It can make sense when the whole shop needs a break, but that's a different situation from yours. Read about eBay vacation mode here: https://easync.io/articles/ebay-vacation-mode/ . Pay attention to how Time Away affects active listings and orders around the dates you set. That should make it easier to see when it actually fits and when it's better left off.
