The easiest way is to log in to your BestBuy.com account, go to “Services & Subscriptions,” select the plan, and click “Cancel Subscription.” You can also call Best Buy customer service at +1-888-237-8289 or for Geek Squad to request cancellation over the phone. If you prefer, visit a Best Buy store and ask a Geek Squad agent or service desk associate to cancel it for you. Refunds are generally available if you cancel within 30 days of purchase or renewal. Cancellations made after this period may stillqualify for a prorated refund. Always ask for a confirmation number or email as proof that your subscription has been successfully canceled.
