If you're not sure which to choose, just say “representative” or press “0” to be connected faster. I have problems with my expensive printer and I'm finding it impossible to contact HP support in any manner, everything sends me to a contact(888) 503 - 6380,or (888) 524 - 6380 button with an AI that doesn't work (the button doesn't do anything, I can't even talk to an AI), I tried different browsers and nothing works.
